Usage Data: Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps to improve platform performance and security.
Communications: Messages you send through our platform and support correspondence.

7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion:
- Transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with financial regulations.
- KYC documents are retained for the period prescribed by applicable law.
- All other data is permanently deleted within 90 days of account closure.
8. Children's Privacy
Lokhari is not intended for persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us at privacy@lokhari.in.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you via email or a prominent banner on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Lokhari after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
